Since the 1970’s, Euroguild and its predecessors (most notably Werner’s Deli and Distribution) has served greater New England as a purveyor of fine European-style delicacies. Our company has earned a reputation as an outstanding supplier of luxury meats, cheeses, chocolates, and groceries to wholesale distributors, retail stores, and our own retail customers from our current headquarters and store in Walpole, MA.

All products ship between 1-5 business days, depending on availability and the timing of the order.
Our products are shipped out as rapidly as possible, and in a method intended to ensure their safe arrival. Due to the fact that much of our line is perishable, any orders containing meat ship Monday-Thursday to decrease the possibility of spoiling. Customers purchase and consume our products at their own risk, and Euroguild is in no way responsible for the consumption of spoiled goods.
We ship our products with dry ice in insulated boxes to locations East of the Mississippi River. The reason for this is that we must ensure our products arrive safely and on time, even in hot weather. Because of this guarantee, there is a flat dry ice charge included in Shipping & Handling, usually amounting to between $5-12 depending on the size of the order. We apologize for the expensive shipping, but it is for the safety of our customers!
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
No returns of food are accepted unless the product has been compromised due to the fault of Euroguild, and refunds/replacements are only offered with proof of spoiling prior to delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for food or shipments that have been delayed, lost, damaged, stolen, or not opened in time by the consumer.
In order to receive a refund, customers must place a claim within 1 week of receiving the package. Original products must be returned by mail to Euroguild, Inc. in order to establish legitimacy of the claim, and a restocking fee will be charged based on the size of the order.
Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is not offered except for circumstances in which Euroguild, Inc. has agreed in advance.
